Our chocolate fudge cake is very popular with students. It is a very moist, rich chocolate cake with a fudge filling and icing. We make them in 7" round and 11" round usually, but larger square versions can be ordered. The 7" cake will provide 8-10 portions, and the 11", 16-20 portions. If you want a special message, it is best to telephone us a day or so in advance. |

Floating balloons

This cake can be made to order with plain or chocolate sponge. It is covered with sugarpaste and decorated with sugar balloons, some on (inedible) wires - all in the colours of your choice.
