Small Simnel cake Easter & Mother's Day	The traditional cake for Mother's Day and Easter. A light fruit cake with a layer of marzipan in the middle, and marzipan on top. Decorated with seasonal plaque - 'Mother' or 'Mum' for Mothering Sunday, daffodils and 'Easter' for Easter.
Mothers Day Chocolate cake	5"Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant icing and decorated with mothers day message Also available in lemon ( plain sponge with lemon buttercream and lemon fondant icing.
